We thread a matching gold-filled or sterling silver jump ring through both ends of your chain to join them seamlessly.

Using our specialized Zapp welder, our professional jeweler applies a quick micro-spark to fuse the ring shut. It is completely safe, quick, and painless.

Polish & Aftercare
We polish the weld so it looks seamless and provide care instructions to keep it looking great.
Removal: If you ever need to remove your jewelry, simply cut the chain link with household scissors or pliers. Save the chain - we can re-weld it for you, free within the first 30 days with proof of purchase, and $40 after that.

What are the chains made of?
14k Gold-Filled or Sterling Silver. Italian solid gold is available upon request.
Will it tarnish?
No - it's tarnish-free. With proper care, it's a piece that lasts for years, five and more.
Care and maintenance
Can permanent bracelets or anklets be removed?

Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes - shower in it and wear it every day. Mild, chemical-free soaps are perfectly safe. What to keep it away from is high-chlorine water: hot tubs and heavily chlorinated pools can discolour sterling silver over time.
Is there an age restriction for permanent bracelets?
Yes! The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
Can I return my permanent jewelry?
As this is a personalized, made-to-measure piece, we do not offer refunds on this product.
Booking
How far do you travel?
A $10 flat travel fee applies for events located outside the Greater Toronto Area.
How many guests can you weld in an hour?
Each guest takes about 10 to 15 minutes from choosing a chain to walking away wearing it, so plan on roughly four to six guests an hour. For a party of twenty, that's about four hours - tell us your guest count and we'll tell you the time.
Do you need power or a table at the venue?
We bring everything - the table, the chains and charms, the welder, and small décor to match the theme of your event. The only thing we need from your venue is a standard electrical outlet.
Aftercare
Re-welding
Within the first 30 days. If your chain snaps, for any reason, we will re-weld it free of charge. Just show us your proof of purchase - the emailed receipt is perfect.
After 30 days. We can re-weld your chain any time for $40 - whether it has come off, you have cut it off yourself, or you would like it turned into a ring.
Packaging & Aftercare
Every piece comes with a care card, so the instructions leave with you.
Mild soap wash. Mix warm water with a few drops of dish soap, gently scrub the chain with a soft toothbrush, rinse with clean water and pat dry.
Chemical protection. Avoid direct contact with chlorine, bleach, perfumes and heavy skin lotions, which can dull or tarnish the metal.
