Vasrue Digital Media believes in transparency regarding its business identity, relationship with KSD GovCon LLC, use of artificial intelligence, commercial relationships, educational content, third-party platforms, and handling of government-related information.

Business Identity and Ownership

Vasrue Digital Media is a brand, operating division, and business arm of KSD GovCon LLC.

Vasrue Digital Media is not represented as a separately incorporated company or independent legal entity. Although Vasrue maintains a distinct brand, website, creative focus, service offering, and public identity, its business activities are conducted under the ownership and authority of KSD GovCon LLC.

Depending on the transaction, proposals, invoices, contracts, payment records, tax documents, or other business communications may identify:

  • KSD GovCon LLC;
  • Vasrue Digital Media;
  • Vasrue Digital Media, a division of KSD GovCon LLC; or
  • KSD GovCon LLC doing business through the Vasrue Digital Media brand.

All income generated through Vasrue Digital Media is received, recorded, managed, and reported through KSD GovCon LLC.

Vasrue Digital Media does not maintain a separate ownership structure from KSD GovCon LLC unless a future written notice expressly states otherwise.

Purpose of Vasrue Digital Media

Vasrue Digital Media was established as the digital-media and educational arm of KSD GovCon LLC.

Its purposes include:

  • Creating digital-media products and services;
  • Providing AI-assisted creative services;
  • Producing videos, motion graphics, product demonstrations, websites, graphics, and educational content;
  • Helping small businesses improve their digital presentation;
  • Educating business owners about responsible uses of artificial intelligence and digital media;
  • Creating supplemental and additional income opportunities for KSD GovCon LLC;
  • Supporting entrepreneurs, online sellers, manufacturers, government contractors, and other businesses with digital communication needs; and
  • Producing appropriate marketing and educational content that may support KSD GovCon LLC’s business-development activities.

Vasrue may create content that helps promote KSD GovCon LLC, explain its publicly available capabilities, attract potential business relationships, or educate viewers about government contracting.

Such use is an internal business activity because Vasrue Digital Media is an operating arm of KSD GovCon LLC. It is not a sale of information, customer data, creative services, or intellectual property between two unrelated companies.

Operational Separation

Vasrue Digital Media and KSD GovCon LLC may maintain separate:

  • Websites;
  • Branding;
  • Social-media accounts;
  • Marketing strategies;
  • Service descriptions;
  • Audiences;
  • Project files;
  • Creative workflows; and
  • Day-to-day operating procedures.

This operational distinction does not create a separate legal entity or separate ownership relationship.

Vasrue Digital Media’s creative-services activities are managed separately from KSD GovCon LLC’s government-contracting operations to reduce confusion, protect sensitive business information, and maintain appropriate information boundaries.

No Sale or Exchange of Personal Information

Vasrue Digital Media and KSD GovCon LLC do not sell personal information, project information, contact-form submissions, customer lists, proposal information, or client materials to one another or to unrelated third parties.

Because Vasrue is part of KSD GovCon LLC, information may be accessed internally when reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to an inquiry;
  • Prepare a proposal or quote;
  • Complete a requested project;
  • Process a payment;
  • Maintain business or accounting records;
  • Protect the company’s legal rights;
  • Prevent fraud or misuse; or
  • Comply with an applicable legal obligation.

Internal access does not authorize unrestricted use of information. Personal and project information remains subject to the Vasrue Digital Media Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality commitments.

Government-Related Educational Content

Vasrue Digital Media may publish general educational content about:

  • Government contracting;
  • Public solicitations;
  • Small-business participation;
  • Publicly available agency programs;
  • Public procurement procedures;
  • Public regulations and guidance;
  • Capability statements;
  • Proposal-development concepts;
  • Government-contracting marketing; and
  • Other information that has been lawfully released to the public.

Educational content is based only on information that is publicly available, lawfully authorized for publication, independently created, or otherwise appropriate for public release.

Publication of general educational information does not mean that Vasrue Digital Media is a government agency, represents the government, speaks on behalf of a contracting officer, or has authority to make government purchasing or award decisions.

Prohibited Government Information

The Vasrue Digital Media website, contact forms, email addresses, social-media accounts, shared drives, and general creative-production systems are not authorized channels for receiving, processing, storing, transmitting, or publishing protected government information.

The following information must not be submitted to Vasrue Digital Media or published through Vasrue-controlled public platforms:

  • Classified information;
  • Controlled Unclassified Information, commonly known as CUI;
  • Federal Contract Information, commonly known as FCI, unless specifically authorized and handled within an approved KSD GovCon LLC system;
  • Export-controlled technical information;
  • Procurement-sensitive information;
  • Source-selection information;
  • Nonpublic government estimates;
  • Nonpublic bid, proposal, or evaluation information;
  • Restricted technical drawings or specifications;
  • Joint Certification Program-controlled technical data;
  • Law-enforcement-sensitive information;
  • Personally identifiable information obtained through government work;
  • Proprietary supplier, manufacturer, subcontractor, or client information;
  • Government credentials, passwords, access codes, or account information;
  • Information marked for limited dissemination;
  • Information whose release is prohibited by a contract, regulation, law, nondisclosure agreement, or government instruction; or
  • Information that a reasonable person should understand is sensitive, restricted, controlled, or not authorized for public release.

This prohibition applies whether the protected nature of the information is:

  • Clearly marked;
  • Known to the person submitting it;
  • Later discovered;
  • Reasonably inferred from its content or source; or
  • Not immediately recognized at the time it is received.

Vasrue Digital Media will not knowingly publish, display, distribute, summarize, recreate, transform, animate, or use protected government information in marketing materials, portfolio examples, educational content, AI systems, public websites, social-media content, or digital products.

CMMC and Information-Security Boundary

KSD GovCon LLC maintains separate information-handling procedures for government-contracting information in accordance with its applicable cybersecurity, contractual, and CMMC-related responsibilities.

The public Vasrue Digital Media website and its ordinary creative-production environment are not represented as approved systems for handling CUI, FCI, classified information, or other restricted government data.

Protected government information must remain within the systems, storage locations, personnel channels, and security procedures designated by KSD GovCon LLC for that purpose.

No Vasrue client, visitor, contractor, employee, or business partner should upload protected government information to:

  • A public contact form;
  • A standard project-request form;
  • A public file-upload page;
  • A social-media message;
  • A general-purpose AI tool;
  • A public chatbot;
  • An ordinary creative-production platform; or
  • Any other system that has not been expressly approved for the information involved.

When there is uncertainty about whether information is public, controlled, restricted, proprietary, export-controlled, or otherwise protected, it must not be submitted or published until its status has been reviewed through an appropriate KSD GovCon LLC process.

Accidental Receipt of Protected Information

If Vasrue Digital Media receives information that appears to be protected, restricted, controlled, proprietary, or improperly disclosed, Vasrue may:

  • Stop reviewing or processing the material;
  • Restrict access to it;
  • Remove it from the applicable creative workflow;
  • Decline the related project;
  • Request that the sender use an authorized delivery method;
  • Preserve limited information when legally required;
  • Notify appropriate KSD GovCon LLC personnel; or
  • Take other reasonable steps consistent with contractual, legal, cybersecurity, and government-reporting obligations.

Receipt of information does not mean that Vasrue Digital Media has accepted responsibility for processing it or agreed that the submitted delivery method was appropriate.

Fiverr Relationship

Vasrue Digital Media may provide links to services offered through its Fiverr seller profile.

Fiverr is an independent third-party platform. Vasrue Digital Media and KSD GovCon LLC do not own, operate, manage, or control Fiverr.

When a customer purchases a service through Fiverr:

  • The transaction occurs through Fiverr’s platform;
  • Fiverr’s Terms of Service apply;
  • Fiverr’s privacy and data-processing practices apply;
  • Fiverr controls its own account, payment, refund, dispute, and security procedures;
  • Fiverr may charge platform or transaction fees; and
  • Vasrue Digital Media may receive compensation for services purchased through its seller profile.

The presence of a Fiverr link does not mean Fiverr sponsors, owns, manages, endorses, or guarantees Vasrue Digital Media or KSD GovCon LLC.

Direct Purchases

Vasrue Digital Media services may also be purchased directly through a proposal, invoice, approved payment link, or written service agreement.

Because Vasrue is an operating arm of KSD GovCon LLC, direct payments may be processed, recorded, invoiced, or deposited in the name of KSD GovCon LLC.

Prices, deliverables, revisions, deadlines, refund conditions, and project requirements may differ from offers available through Fiverr. The terms presented for the specific transaction control that purchase.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Vasrue Digital Media may use or reference third-party platforms, including creative software, artificial-intelligence systems, website hosts, payment processors, marketplaces, file-transfer services, video platforms, and social-media networks.

These platforms operate under their own:

  • Terms of service;
  • Privacy policies;
  • Data practices;
  • Payment procedures;
  • Security controls;
  • Content rules; and
  • Account-management procedures.

Vasrue Digital Media does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their independent actions, policies, availability, security, pricing, or performance.

Affiliate, Referral, and Commercial Relationships

Vasrue Digital Media may occasionally receive a referral fee, commission, platform credit, free service, discount, sponsorship payment, or other material benefit in connection with a product, platform, or recommendation.

When such a relationship could reasonably affect how a visitor evaluates a recommendation, Vasrue Digital Media will make a reasonable effort to disclose the relationship clearly and near the applicable content.

A commercial relationship does not authorize Vasrue Digital Media to knowingly make a false or misleading claim.

Artificial Intelligence and Creative Production

Vasrue Digital Media may use artificial intelligence, automation, editing software, stock assets, licensed media, and third-party creative platforms as part of its production process.

These technologies may assist with:

  • Research involving public information;
  • Concept development;
  • Writing assistance;
  • Storyboarding;
  • Image generation;
  • Animation;
  • Motion graphics;
  • Video production;
  • Audio production;
  • Editing;
  • Formatting;
  • Mockups; and
  • Quality-control activities.

AI-assisted content remains subject to human direction, selection, customization, editing, and review as appropriate for the project.

Protected government information, confidential client information, proprietary documents, or restricted technical information will not knowingly be entered into public AI systems or general creative tools.

Portfolio and Promotional Content

Vasrue Digital Media’s portfolio may contain:

  • Authorized client work;
  • Publicly available projects;
  • Internal KSD GovCon LLC promotional content;
  • Vasrue demonstration projects;
  • Concept work;
  • Mockups;
  • AI-assisted creative work;
  • Reconstructed examples; or
  • Speculative demonstrations.

A portfolio example does not necessarily represent a paid client engagement.

When Vasrue creates content for KSD GovCon LLC, that relationship may be described as internal work, an affiliated project, or work produced by Vasrue Digital Media for its parent company.

The use of third-party names, logos, screenshots, products, or trademarks for commentary, demonstration, or portfolio purposes does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement.

Testimonials and Results

Testimonials and reviews reflect the experience of the individual or business providing them.

Results vary, and no testimonial, case study, portfolio example, contract value, traffic result, sales result, or business outcome should be interpreted as a guarantee that another customer will achieve the same result.

Testimonials may be edited for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity, but their material meaning will not knowingly be changed.

No Government or Platform Endorsement

Vasrue Digital Media is not a government agency and does not speak for the United States government.

References to a government agency, government program, certification, contract, platform, product, or company do not imply sponsorship, approval, endorsement, or affiliation unless that relationship is expressly stated.

Changes to This Policy

Vasrue Digital Media may update this Disclosure Policy when its business structure, services, technology, platforms, information-security requirements, or commercial relationships change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
