A storm-damage roofing commercial no contractor could actually film: the camera is on the roof during the weather, then stays on that same roofline while a lifted shingle quietly becomes a stain on a bedroom ceiling. Built as the flagship advertisement of the Vasrue Roofing Campaign, with the homeowner, the contractor, and the house locked to fixed reference sheets so all five ads in the set share one cast and one location—and the contractor’s work shirt and hard hat left deliberately blank for a client’s logo. No crew, no drone permit, no shoot day, no waiting for a storm.

7366 Point of Rocks Road — $26M Siesta Key Listing Film
A $26,000,000 Gulf-front estate on Siesta Key's Point of Rocks was listed with beautiful photographs and no video — so we built the film it deserved and handed it to the agent. Seventeen individually directed shots, made entirely from the listing's own still photography with no crew, no drone permit, and no shoot day, carry the viewer from an aerial approach through the gated motor court, the great room and chef's kitchen, out to the loggia and the infinity-edge pool on the Gulf horizon. Delivered with a full release package: custom thumbnail, keyword-front-loaded title, chaptered description, and a tag set built for “Sarasota waterfront homes” search. Produced in a single day.
