How do I hire you for an AI automation project?

How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted at a fixed price after a short scoping conversation, based on the number of workflows, the systems involved and the testing required. You’ll know the price and the deliverables before any work begins.
Do you use Claude or OpenAI?
Either, or both. We recommend a model based on the task, your budget and the tools you already use.
Can you work with the software we already have?
Usually, yes. Most projects connect to existing tools such as a CRM, calendar, spreadsheet, database, store or messaging channel. If a tool has no way to connect, we’ll tell you during scoping.
Will the AI make decisions on its own?
Only the ones you approve. Each system has written limits on what it may answer or do, and anything outside those limits goes to a person on your team.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
AI usage fees and subscriptions for platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make or HubSpot are billed to your own accounts and aren’t included unless the contract says so. We’ll estimate them during scoping.
Can you guarantee results?
No one can honestly guarantee a specific number of saved hours, sales or leads. We guarantee the agreed scope: the system is built, tested against the scenarios we agree on, and delivered as described in your contract.
